By accessing or using CADdition, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

Service Description

CADdition is a parametric fabrication drawing generator. The service allows you to configure product dimensions, preview designs in 3D, and download fabrication-ready engineering drawing packs in PDF format. CADdition is provided as-is and may be updated or modified at any time.

User Accounts

Some features require a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities
• Use automated systems to access the service beyond normal usage

Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of any fabrication drawings generated using your input parameters. The CADdition platform, including its source code, parametric models, and design, remains the property of CADdition. Community-uploaded models are subject to their respective licences as specified by their authors.

Disclaimers

CADdition is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Generated drawings are intended as fabrication aids and should be verified by a qualified professional before use in construction or manufacturing. CADdition does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of generated drawings for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CADdition shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill arising out of your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “last updated” date. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
